We are currently in the third iteration of the Abuab project. It began as a response to MENA refugees in Spain, and now seeks to provide access to cultural heritage to all of the displaced community in Barcelona.
At Abuab, we believe that everyone has the right to a dignified life and the opportunity to thrive. We work towards the integration of refugees in Barcelona by promoting their access to cultural heritage institutions and the arts. We also aim to raise awareness and foster empathy towards refugees in the wider community.
